Versa 4 not tracking my calories burned accurately

Over the last 2 months my calories burnt on all activities has dropped dramatically. I've gone from burning 300 calories in a hot mat pilates class to 20 calories.

Even when I go for 5km run my calories used to sit at 400+ and now I'll barely average 50 calories.

It all started when I realised my km weren't recording properly for weeks on end. I would have 10,000 steps completed by km for the day would be zero. I came in to this forum and someone suggested manually setting stride length which I did and that fixed the problem but now my calories burned is completely off??

I've also lost the pace laps when I chose running as an exercise, it just does 1 big lap but that works when I log it as a walk??

I'm really disappointed about all these glitches that I'm about to pull the pin of fitbit and invest in something else!

Are you getting any heart rate readings at any time throughout the day?  What about all-day calorie burn?  If daily calorie burn is the same every day, I would suspect not getting any heart rate readings, so getting constant BMR calorie burn.

Also check weight didn't somehow get set very low.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
