Versa 4 not tracking sleep Versa 2 was much better

I replaced my Versa 2 with my Versa 4 and like most new Google like products, it sucks at something and you will not get a good reason for why the older is better. I have seen all the responses and some most (other 'trlling' if I am off to sleep now).

Goodness!

Hi @bkisia

What are the issues that you are having with the sleep tracking? Is it not tracking any sleep at all?

The Versa 2 would track and provide a proper graph with information that would be useful (including to a doctor).

This thing is tracking 3 out of 7 days a week.  The remaining 4 days are the 'bar chart' that is of no use other than telling me that I slept x hours in the night and some colors.  It does not matter how I change the positioning, and stuff, or follow the generic instructions some person has been posting from Fitbit.  But I guess I don't have an option.  I am frustrated and annoyed.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve had fitbits for years and this one has been terrible.
