I originally had a versa 2 but it was not giving me my stress score, readiness and the sleep score counted me as sleeping while I was actually laying down listening to an audiobook. I figured my versa 2 was dying so I replaced it with the 4. It does the same things. I don’t want it tracking me as sleeping when I’m wide awake and reading. I also don’t like that it does not show my stress and readiness when I check it when I get up. It only shows me as waking up when I open the app, not when I actually wake up. This is all extremely frustrating and I want to return it to google if I knew how. I don’t appreciate paying for a watch that doesn’t work properly. Has anyone else had these issues? Were you able to fix them?

@Chanel31 - just so you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
You can always chat directly via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
As regards the sleep, it's possible you are able to be calm, and the Versa 2 interprets this as sleep.
Check the corresponding heart rate during rest and sleep, if it is low for both it may not be able to tell the difference.
That said if it is showing more sleep than you take you can always edit the night to the correct start and end times.
If there are issues the first thing to do is restart the watch but it seems from your other post the Versa 2 is the best fit for you.
