Hi I set up my Versa 4 two days ago. Heart rate didn't work at all yesterday. Later on yesterday I updated the app and lost my steps info (I did 10000 yesterday but Fitbit showing 3000), and it now won't record my sleep and continues to not record heart rate.
Any ideas of what to do?
Have restarted, disconnected and reconnected to Bluetooth.
Don't expect this from a brand new watch.

Hi there, @hamelli. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 4 is not tracking your heart rate nor sleep data. I understand your concerns, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since you both just got the Fitbit Versa 4, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet. With this being said, please be aware that sleep stages are based on heart rate data. For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? and How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Regarding the steps missing, when was the last time sync of your Versa 4 before updating the Fitbit app? If you didn't sync your Versa 4 prior this update, that would be explain why some steps were lost. If you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
As a friendly reminder, note that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
