Since the app update my versa is not tracking my sleep, oxygen levels while sleeping, heart rate gets stuck on same rate. I'm a heart patient and I know my heart speeds up but my watch keeps the same rate. This is the worst one, I just had heart surgery and according to my watch one climbed 34 steps. I'm literally sitting or laying down. Used Fitbit for many years and customer service is not giving any help, I've done the force stop, turn blue tooth off, uninstall the app, restart the watch. Nothing works, it did however say I slept 49 minutes when I slept all night. It seems that everybody started having problems when they changed the app, therefore they need to fix whatever they did. It is not on our side, y'all updated something that worked fine and now nothing works correctly. Look how many people have complained since then and tell me to restart my watch bc it's on me. Your losing customers bc of this. Go back to the old app and see if our watches start working again. This is on y'all , not us
