Versa 4 not tracking swimming

The last couple of days my watch isn't sharing stored sleep or exercises to me y Fitbit app.  I'm a premium member purely because I need to monitor my deep sleep intervals. I went swimming today so definitely set my Fitbit to swim and lost all of including it having not synced to my app. It's picking up what I'm doing in other things and transferring to the app but not everything and not the things most important to me

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the data in your Versa 4, and the exercise tracked information. Thanks for sharing the data to your phone.

My best recommendation would be to restart your Versa 4, since restarting your Fitbit turns it off and on without deleting any activity data. Sync your device and export your Fitbit data, you can export your Fitbit data by:

- Signing in with your Fitbit login
- Clicking Data Export under the Settings menu
- Clicking Request Data under Export Your Account Archive
- Receiving an email with a link to download your Fitbit account data
