My Versa 4 is not consistently tracking sleep, steps, calories or heart rate. I have restarted, cleaned, restarted app, looked for updates…. Yesterday, it tracked 1 15min interval of exercise but did not track the steps at that time or the calories?!? I got no data of other exercise during this time (~2 hours) of walking. This device is really frustrating. I’d go back to my Versa 3 but the battery isn’t holding much any more.
