Hi
I put my Versa 4 for charging and after sometime when i tried to start it, it is not starting up. After going through similar complaints on this forum, i tried to reset my device my keeping the side button pressed for 8-10 secs, i could feel the vibration and the watch restarting. But after restart, the fitbit logo appears and stops at a red cross. Also i am asked to setup my watch again on my mobile, and when i try to setup my watch again, i am unable to proceed any further because it asks to enter the four digits displayed on my watch. With the watch not starting up, there is no way I can enter the four digits. Its been only 10 months since i bought this watch, and it has started giving problems. Very much disappointed! 😞

Since you didn't mentioned regarding troubleshoot the battery, I'd suggest you please take a look at the following help article in order to turn on your device:

I hope your device turns on so you can then pair it with your phone.
