Hello--I received my Versa 4 for Christmas. I was able to get it set up originally and went through an update but it has recently turned off and will not turn back on. I have tried to reset it and the watch vibrates to start the 10 second count and again at the end, but the Fitbit logo does not appear. It has been charging for the recommended two hours but will not turn on. It worked last night for about 5 minutes, then turned off and will not turn back on. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

Mine, also a Christmas present, stopped responding 3 hours ago. Also hoping for suggestions

I found the instructions for forced restart -that fixed my problem To restart your Fitbit Versa 4 - press and hold the side button for approximately 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, then release the button; this will perform a force restart.

Right I’ve been experiencing that too and all of the force resetting isn't even working I say if the person got you the gift talk about it and see if you can get the receipt and get a different one
