Versa 4 not working. Continues to shut off.

Got home from the gym, and my Versa 4 shut off somehow. When I tried to reset it, I got the blinking logo, followed by the red X. Then it shut off again. I tried unpairing and pairing it again. Tried forgetting the device on Bluetooth, and then reconnecting. Followed the directions on other topics, and the device still won’t work. My device isn’t even six months old.

Same thing is happening to me told me to set up my phone and wont let me connect
