Versa 4 not working

Versa 4 is charged but won't turn on. It will show the fitbit logo and then show a red X and turns off again. It was bought as a Christmas present for my son and stopped working right away. He likes working out and tracking everything. Please help

Hi @NATE330 - have you tried restarting the phone, logging into the Fitbit App and then holding the watch button till the screen blanks then release the button and see if the logo appears and wait for it to start without the red X, a few times if necessary?

If no success Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
