I've just upgraded from V2 to V4.
With my V2, when I received a text/messenger message, I just had to turn my watch on my wrist to look at it and the message would appear (if I looked at my watch at the same time as the vibration was happening)".
With my V4, when I receive a message, my watch vibrates, but nothing appears on the screen automatically. I have to click on my screen or on the button and it's only the message logo that appears, I have to click on it to read the message. It's very disappointing.
With V2, I really appreciated being able to see the message at a glance.
How can I get the same thing on V4?

Hi there, @Martinlaroche. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.
As per the description of your post, it seems you have the screen wake feature set on "button only". When you set the screen wake to Button & motion the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist. When you set set the screen wake to Button only press the button or tap the screen to turn on the display. To adjust this setting, swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If I knew at the time of the purchase (1 week ago) that this feature wasn't available, I wouldn't have bought it from fitbit.com... REALLY dispointed. Big bucks for less then I had before. Really disapionted
