Versa 4 only works on charger

My watch is charged but once it's removed from the charger, it doesn't come on.  I tried all of the troubleshooting online and still nothing.  Fitbit said they couldn't help...hmmm. I got this watch may, 2023 so according to everyone 2 years is the life expectancy.  That sucks but I should have known, after giving fitbit another chance, I'm done. This was my 3rd watch and I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FITBIT WATCH, EVER!!

I need a watch that works and not stop for reasons of 2 yrs have been
reached and that's it. I take very good care of my things and should have
been told the watch would not last past 2 years.

The same thing has happened to mine. I've been having trouble for months as posted on here and now after plugging it for one last chance it updated and since then I can't use it. It works while it's connected to the charger but is completely dead when I disconnect it from the charger.

Mine is just over 2 years old and has been playing up for months as have others on this forum. We are all getting no help and quite frankly have been sold something that is not fit for purpose.

Hello,  it's sad to spend our money on a product that THEY know has a short life expectancy of 2 years... we just didn't know.  I'm sure we would have gone elsewhere, had we known.  I'm for sure never buying another fitbit, ever!!! With so many of us having the same issue, there had to be some faulty issue or it's just meant to do that once it dies.  Smh! It's just all so ridiculous and all they had to offer was the same troubleshooting that we all find online. There should a recall on these watches because there are too many people with the SAME EXACT ISSUE. It really sucks because i take care of my things and now I have all of these bands(lol) and nothing to do with them.  I hate this for all of us. Well... good luck
