Versa 4 only works when connected to the charger

I purchased the Versa 4 two weeks ago yesterday I thought the device had died and after doing some research I managed to restart it and it froze once the screen timed out. I restarted the device again same issue. I completely factory reset the device multiple times all I've learned from troubleshooting is the device will only work as intended while it's on the charger, as soon as I remove it from the charger the device becomes Frozen and has to be Force restarted and will resume its frozen State unless it's on the charger.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
