Got a Versa 4 from Santa. Really disappointed. Resting heart rate is around 40, but tracker shows 15 to 20 higher. Even worse, when pushing it during workout (pulse around 155) tracker shows 40 to 60 lower. Readiness score, calories burned, basically all metrics rendered useless.

Hi @Skyebridge - HR accuracy can be disappointing during exercises with repetitive movements, mine sometimes reads double and others under read but it should be more accurate at rest.
As HR is used in numerous metrics they may not be very accurate, this can be made worse when trying to get the results in the new V4 Fitbit App which doesn't always sync like it should.
Did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

Hi Space Racer, thanks for the reply. Not much else to say, other than I'll need to purchase something different if I want accurate tracking.
