Hello, happy holidays! I've been having this issue for about a day now, but I've tried setting up this newly bought versa four on my Google Pixel 6. I've never gotten past the updating phase because the watch will start on the "updating" screen and then quickly switch to the "trying to connect" screen two seconds afterwards before it eventually tells me that it won't sync. It TELLS me it's connected, I put in the four digit code, but it's still being weird.
I've tried every form of troubleshooting imaginable at this point. The watch is charged, I've reset my phone and the watch multiple times, turned the Bluetooth on and off, disconnected other Bluetooth devices, re-downloaded the app, tried making sure the system was updated, made different accounts,
etc...
And I just got this yesterday.
I have no idea what's going on because the Internet is fine and the Bluetooth SEEMS okay. The watch and the phone are right next to each other as well-
Anyways, some help on this issue would be awesome.

Is there anything Fitbit is doing to solve this issue? Because it's reoccurring. It seems to doesn't matter if you get a new tracker.

Same here. I'm also stuck on this update phase. Seen many posts, but nothing solved this problem.

I managed to connect and update (but with few reconnections and reboots, it took me 2 hours to set up the watch) the day I bought the watch at Dec 19th. Just to make sure everything works, before gifting it. Now I cannot update it and nothing works.
