Hello,
I saw multiple posts about the same issue, but don't see a solution. Hence opening a new topic for more visibility.
Mine was bought in January 2024. By end of May, I started getting the red X (see attached image). But, it was showing up in the app. I tried all the steps provided by Fitbit support and it did not help. Logo blinks and ends with a big red X. When I try to repair, app is asking to enter the code, but screen is blank. Support finally agreed to send a replacement (in India) on 7-June.
I still got no replacement and follow ups are not helping. Lessons learned, no more Fitbit. Before throwing $200 down the drain, I want to see if community can offer something to help revive Versa.

How did you get in touch with support? I am facing the same issue with my Versa4, bought in Jan 2024

I have everything listed by the moderators, but can't even get it to reset to factory settings. Just flashes, shows a red cross then goes blank (when connected to the charger)

This is happening all over with no reason or responsibility from Fitbit

From inside the Fitbit app, you have the option to call. Btw, I have Fitbit premium subscription.
