Has anyone owned both Charge 5 and Versa 4 devices? Any chances the Versa 4 is more reliable and durable than the Charge 5?
Previous owner of Charge 3 and 4 for many years and never had any issues. Upgraded for a Charge 5 when it came out and had to replace it after a year (which Fitbit did). The replacing one stopped working after 1.5 year, and I can’t have it replaced as it is after the 1 year warranty period.
Considering all the issues I read here regarding the Versa 4, I am wondering if it worth purchasing it or if I should just switch to a Garmin one for better reliability/durability?
