My partners Fitbit 2 stopped working and we contacted customer support who were brilliant. Tried a few things and couldn’t get it working properly so he accepted a 50% off offer and bought the versa 4. He has only worn it for one day. He took it off to go in hot tub and put it on a chair. I didn’t see it and moved chair and it fell on floor. Literally 2ft if that. It has damaged the screen. Really disappointed as it’s damaged so easily! I see accidental damage isn’t covered but is this model really fit for purpose it’s a sports watch and damages from a slight knock??

Yep. Got the versa 4 after my versa 2 died. Thought I was getting an upgrade, but it was trash. Got the galaxy watch 4 and I couldn't be happier. No longer a loyal fotbit customer.
