I used Versa 4 just for a day before the screen went blank. It surely not a charging issue as it goes vibrating the moment side button is pressed however nothing works thereafter. Where can I get it fixed? In India?

Please try to sync the device in the Fitbit app:
Now, restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device. Restarting the device will not delete your data.
If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, change your clock face. If you manage to solve the difficulty you can go back to the original clock face.
