I have tried all the necessary steps to hard wire restart my brand new Versa 4 but nothing is working. The Fit Bit logo is not popping up after the 12 second button hold. What should I try next?

Hi there, @kelso_p. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the above hasn't worked, may I know if your Versa 4 is vibrating while trying to perform the restart? If there's no vibration whatsoever, please try the steps provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Thank you for responding. After I hold the button down for about 3 seconds, there is a pulse of vibration. After that, nothing happens. No logo appears or anything else.
