New versa 4. switched itself off and wont turn back on. App states it last synced at 9.30 am today at 46% battery. I purchased this watch approximately 2 weeks ago. This is my 4th Versa, the previous 3 which were versa 2s all stopped working for no clear reason after approximately 24 months.
I have plugged this new one into 2 different chargers, held the button on the watch for 10 seconds, no change in its status. Im very disappointed with it.
Update, I contacted fitbit suppport, we were able to get the watch to turn on. When turning on, the fitbit logo flashed on an off a number of times then a Red X filled the screen and it turned off again. I pressed the button on the watch again and this time it came on. We then changed the watch face and rebooted the watch, which resulted in the Red X again, when eventually I did get it to start the new watch face diid not display as intended. Throughout all of this the light on the back of the watch and the vibration function did not work. Replacement watch on the way.
