Versa 4 screen just showing up black

My versa 4 has been working fine for almost a year, today it got to 17% then the screen will not show any writing or anything on my watch face it is charging fine and now fully charged and the problem has entered fixed. I can still scroll through the pages on the watch and see the blue circles that are supposed to have stuff on them. Not a single word has shown up on any slide, the watch still vibrates when I get notifications but nothing else.  This is all I see on what is supposed to be my watch face (which is supposed to be a photo)

Hi @Fblue2152 - several steps to try.

- With the watch display on hold the watch button for 10 seconds till the display blanks or it vibrates, release and wait for the logo to appear and it to start.

- if you see the logo but it's still not working try changing clock face in the Fitbit App, Gallery tile.

- as a last resort try a factory reset by contacting customer support.

As @Guy_ suggested, trying to change the clock face can help to solve this situation. 

@Fblue2152 Try to change the clock face this way:

• Sync your Versa 4 with the Fitbit App.
• With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab and then devices icon and then your device.
• Tap Gallery and then Clocks tab.
• Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and then Install.
• Sync your watch with the Fitbit App again.
