Stuck in exercise screen and alarm screen. Cannot get it back to home screen. Been working alright till now. No idea what has happened. Cannot even get to reboot it. Help

Hi @Smarty01 - hold the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. This may help.
