I got my fitbit 4 and like to move my wrist to turn the watch on. it doesn't do that so I went to settings and was going to change the "screen wake" to Button & Motion instead of button only. However I try clicking that but it doesn't select it. In fact I can't select any different options for anything in the settings area. Help!

Hi there, @brelynn31. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.
It seems that you've set your Versa 4 into Sleep Mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:
To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

We have the same problem. Wrist movement, screen tap, or button press will not wake the Versa 4 device. We have confirmed it is not in sleep mode, it is in the mode to wake from wrist mission motion or button tap. It also is not in do not disturb mode.
Toget the screen to turn on, we have to competent turn off the device and let it restart. At that point we can access the screen. But, once the display times out, it will not turn back on until we repeat the process.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Travis
