  • New versa 4 doesn't stay on home screen. Shows step screen and won't go back to time. Any suggestions. Only way to get time back is to reinstall watch face

If this misbehavior only happens with a specific clock face there might be an issue with that one.
For which clock face did you notice this?

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 clock face is not working as expected. Thanks for letting us know the clock face you're using. 

I agree with @Talahthas. It seems like the issue might be with the current clock face. With that being said, have you tried switching to a different one? For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
