Hi I set up my versa four last night. The screen today after wearing it maybe 15 mins has gone black and it won’t turn back on. It has been charged fully and was fine for the first 15 mins. It won’t restart and just in general I am disappointed in spending so much on a watch that now doesn’t work. My surge was fine with no issues but this upgrade has been no end of issues on day one. Can anyone advise on what this is and how to fix this please?
