My Versa 4 screen all of a sudden has stopped working/black screen, and no longer syncing to my iPhone app. The battery was at 14%, charged it overninght and this morning, the APP still says 14%. When I push the button, the watch vibrates but can't see anything and it only a few months old! Any suggestions please?

Hi there, @KenS-FB. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still unresponsive. I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Regarding the battery level on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your Fitbit device hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync.
Once you charge your Versa 4 make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Versa 4 will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
