Versa 4 searching for new messages notifications

Hello all,

My Fitbit Versa 4 suddenly started to send me notifications that is searching for new WhatsApp messages without me receiving any messages extremely annoying because it is every few minutes and I don't know how to stop it.

I reset the Watch,  Turns Off waited 10 minutes and turned it on, turned off WhatsApp notifications and nothing works

Help please

Hi there, @Jhenny1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for attaching the image and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that this is still happening. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!

By any chance, do you have any chat or chat groups muted in WhatsApp? If this describes your issue, this looks like a WhatsApp setting issue. If you go into the app > select the chat > three dots in the top right corner > mute notifications > it's noted that if you are mentioned you will be notified, you can try the "Always" setting.
