Versa 4 shows all my notifications except my texts

my versa 4 won’t show text notifications. when i get phone calls, snapchats, they show up but not texts. i’ve turned on all notifications settings on app and reconnected the bluetooth not sure what to do next

Hi @gav14 - first pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all icons to be sure the watch can receive notifications and in the Fitbit App, Versa 4 Notifications (and App notifications) check your text application is selected, and finally check the watch is syncing.

The new V4 Fitbit App has syncing problems and if your watch isn't syncing properly you won't receive notifications. So things may only work intermittently.

hi i did all the things you said and txts are still not showing up, but
phone calls and snapchats are. what can i do next?

@gav14 - did you restart the watch and phone?

If so and still an issue maybe chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support.

Hi there, @gav14. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that you're still not able to receive text messages on your Versa 4 despite the steps you've done so far. I'll be glad to help you!

Since the steps recommended by @Guy_ haven't made the trick and based on the information you've provided, may I know if you're an iOS user? If so, are iMessages the notifications you're referring to? If this describes your issue, please try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
