I travel a lot and when I go through different time zones Fitbit subtracts calorie burn based on time change, does anyone know a work around as this is annoying and physically impossible for the human body. This shouldn't even be a thing

Hello @andrewjames619 and welcome to the Community. Fitbit has always had an issue with time changes. Users get a pop up message about potential data loss when doing a manual time change. Users don't see it with an automatic time change.
An easy way to add additional burned calories is by manually logging something like Weights that has a calorie burn but no steps. Tap on the green "+" button, then Activity in the Manually log section. I see Weights on my list, but you might need to add it in the search field. I use an iPhone, so I see a Start, Duration and Calories. I can tap on Calories and add change it to any number I want.
I hope you have this same option if you use Android.
