Versa 4 shows red X

Hi

I haven't used my fit bit in around 2 years. I have taken it out & charged it but I keep getting a big red x on the screen. I also have unsynced it from my fit bit app so I am unsure of what to do next? I have followed guidance on Google but no joy

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Versa 4 having the red X on the screen, I appreciate your efforts on doing the steps to get this improved, I totally understand how you fell, I'll do my best to help you.

I recommend you to follow the next steps, please:

- First, set up your Versa 4.
- From the Today tab in your Fitbit app, tap the Devices and then tap Versa 4 and then Sync.
- Restart the Versa 4.
- If after doing these steps the situation continues, perform a factory reset.

Hi

I am only seeing this

I had removed the Fitbit from my devices on my app so I cannot get it to sync or even set it up

Can you help me please
