Can anyone help I was charging my Fitbit on holiday in Bali and when I went to take it off charge, it has a big red circle with a red cross in it with the words underneath that say data not cleared synce and try again ?? can anyone help me? I have held the button in on the left for 10 seconds. It shows the Fitbit logo and then goes straight back to the red circle and cross.
