My Versa 4 is having major issues. It shuts down and won’t restart - even with a full battery. At first it would turn back on as soon as I attached it to the charger and show plenty of charge. Then it would shut down and not restart, and even attaching it to the charger won’t get it to turn on - even after it being on the charger for hours. I have tried hard restart, reset to manufacturer settings, and making sure the software is updated. I have hooked it up to my computer and replaced the charging cord. I have cleaned it, literally everything I can think of to fix it. And I am still getting random shut downs and spending tons of time trying to get it to restart when I hook it up to the charger. Sometimes I get the big red X. HELP!

Mine has been doing the same thing. Only 7 months old. I can’t find any information on contacting Google/Fitbit directly to request a replacement under warranty. Has anyone actually spoken to a live person?

Hi there, @Jenn81479 and @Bascott211. @Crysny Welcome on board.
@Jenn81479 and @Crysny Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and for every step tried prior to posting. I'm sorry that you went through this experience. I was checking your details and it seems you already have a case created with our Support team. I'm sure they'll provide you with further assistance, so please keep an open communication with them.
@Bascott211 Thanks for joining this thread. Before checking with our team, may I know if you feel a vibration when pressing the button or plugging it into the charging cable? Also, is the green light on the back flashing? If your answer is negative for both questions, let's make sure to exhaust the troubleshooting described in this help article which has worked for other members.

Luckily I was able to put mine on the charger and get it to turn on enough to do a factory reset from the watch. So far so good. I couldn't get the watch to work off of the charger even if it was fully charged.

I am having all of the same issues as listed, and I have done all the troubleshooting. I just want to be able to send it in and see if it can be repaired. If not replaced I don’t know where to send it and I don’t know how to find a serial number on it

My versa four quit working in May. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service and get some answers but I get frustrated and quit and now I found out my warranty is probably expired because it was purchased the end of June 2024. So do I have any recourse on getting it repaired or replaced
