Why has Versa 4 started going blank all of a sudden? Have to put it on charger each time to get it to restart and then sync again to show correct details. So annoying!

@Faye1203 Thank you for providing the details regarding this difficulty with your Versa 4. 

Since you mentioned that the device stays black and won't turn on unless you put it on the charger, I'm assuming it's a battery issue. Please, take a look at the following help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
