Versa 4 shutting off after disconnecting from power source

Yesterday, I noticed that my watch had turned off. I tried turning it back on, and it powered up for a few seconds before shutting down again. This morning, I connected it to a power source for recharging, and it started up normally. However, once I disconnected it from the power source, it shut down once more.

Welcome back to the community @mingzhong.

Thank you for providing the details about this difficulty with the battery of your Versa 4.

Please make sure to follow the steps and points listed in this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

That article does NOT help with this issue at all because as Mingzhong said, it is when you take the watch off the charger (actually physically remove the watch from the charger connection) then the device dies. This has been an issue for me for ages now. I gave up on even using my Versa 4 over the holiday break because it kept doing it. After searching through various fixes and having done everything (factory reset, uninstall app etc) nothing has fixed this issue. I just rebooted it all again and had it working for about 1-2mins until I tried to delete an email and then the screen goes black and the watch is off. Reconnect the watch to the charger and I begins with the fitbit logo as though it has been shut down or battery died.

Can someone PLEASE work out this bug and get the fix out ASAP!!!
