Versa 4 shutting off when not on charger

I factory reset the device after regularly restarting it twice. It says it is at 100% battery both on the device and when synced to my phone, but the second it is removed from the charger the screen flashes off and the device becomes unresponsive. I can then put it back on the charger and start it up again but I can't wear the watch or use it at all.

Similar posts in this forum just show to factory reset the device and that did not solve my issue.

Hi @cornish11 - to further investigate the issue do a sync when on charge, and also pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.

When you remove the watch from charge do another sync to see if the watch is still operational.

If not, it would seem there is a faulty connection inside or the battery has failed and if under warranty the watch can be replaced.
