Sleep data won't sync to watch, must log out of app and log back in each day to sync. Is there a better way?

Best Answer@Ugadawg239 I wear a Sense 2 and it has the same OS as the Versa 4. My sleep data syncs, but it takes 2-3 hours to appear on the watch, not the few minutes described by the moderators. See if this helps.

I have tried to sync sleep to the watch from the app but it only works if I sign out and sign back in. I did a factory reset and still the same thing happens. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Why is this?
Best AnswerIt's been hours now and still doesn't sync. After I log out and log back in, it asks me to repair with the watch.
Best AnswerCurrently, the only way to fix it is to reset my phone's bluetooth. That is what is recommended by customer service.
