I upgraded from Versa 3 to 4 December 26, 2022 I updated the devise 2nd week in January everything EXCEPT the baseline worked fine up until 2 nights ago. I wear the devise correctly and wear it every day and night. the Versa 4 stopped recording sleep correctly (it tells me the time asleep but no further details), and no stress recordings at all, last recording was Sunday February 5. The baseline score is yet to record anything, as I mentioned I have been wearing the Versa 4 day and night since mid January. I have rebooted my I phone and fitbit is always charged above 25% before i go to sleep and charge is never below 22%. i am also on the most up to date firm ware.

New Versa 4. Stopped tracking sleep 2 days again. Tried everything

Hi all, there have been server issues the last few days which affected things such as Sleep, as it is recorded & calculated at the server level.
Once the syncing is working properly it should be displayed again but not for the nights it was down.
Skin temperature is only shown in health metrics currently. A known issue.

I wear mine all day and night and I have never had any of mine work since I got my watch for Christmas. I pay for a premium membership too. I start my sleep log on my phone but it doesn't message much else.
