Versa 4 stats are frozen on a random number

My Fitbit versa 4 is not that old. I absolutely love it and use it 24/7. Unfortunately recently it’s started to die out it seems.

the heart rate monitor has been completely unresponsive and frozen on a random number. And so have the steps. I’ve tried resetting it. Letting it die and charging it back to life. Resyncing it. None of it this seems to work. Another issue that won’t get resolved by any of those options is the time is constantly wrong. I’m hoping there’s a way to troubleshoot these issue or possibly inquire about a replacement if at all possible. I truly love the product and don’t like to be without it, especially at work where I like to track my heart rate regularly.

Thanks for the detailed information and the steps that you've tried prior to posting. I'm sorry this happened to you. Because it's been a few days since you posted, may I know if the issue persists? If so, what error message is displayed when trying to sync? Also, have you tried the steps described in this help article? Additionally, try changing the clock face to one from Fitbit and monitor its behavior in the next few days.
