My new fit bit Versa 4 stays in sleep mode. I have set it to wake up with either a button press or wrist movement and neither of those will activate the screen. The only way I can get access to the screen is by doing s full restart but then the moment it goes to sleep I lose access to the screen.
It also doesn't seem to count steps either.
I've disconnected bluetooth, tried a factory reset. I honestly feel like mine just doesn't work but I'm hoping it can be fixed.

Hi @Dutchie13 - it sounds that the watch is faulty if you did a factory reset. As it is under warranty get it replaced.
