Versa 4 stopped logging my exercise

Fitbit versa 4 is the worst ever. Twice this week it stopped logging my exercise during the exercise and returned to the home screen. Also, I have to check every day to make sure it is synced, or it will not log anything to my page.

Thank you for providing the details about this behaviour of your Versa 4. Sorry to know the difficulties that you are experiencing with it. 

Have you tried to perform a restart? Please, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

I have done a restart a couple of times, and things aren't any better.
