Before Sept. 2 I used to get low heart beat monitors, but none since,and the cuff I use for my blood pressures say there have been a few below 50. I set my zones for below 50,can anyone help an Oldman please?

@Metalmickey76   One of the requirements is that your heart rate must be below 50, your threshold, for 10 minutes at rest.
