For the past 8 days, Versa 4 has quit showing detailed sleep stages and sleep scores. It worked fine for the past 2 years. I’m wearing the watch the same as I always have. Any ideas?

This is also happening to me, this morning it said the reason was unable to track heart rate. No idea how to fix it though!

Mine is the same since doing the firmware update two days ago. Worked fine until the update now won’t track my sleep properly and also the red sensor light is completely gone which I feel has something to do with it.

Ey guys.. Its happening exactly the same to my fitbit.. It does not recogize my sleeping period since 5/1/24 and i also have been trying to make the update, but the phone looks for it and the phone does not pair with the watch for this purpouse, even when it get the data of the day, unless the sleeping moment.
I would like a solution.
