Versa 4 stopped showing sleep data on my watch and the fitbit app when I unenrolled from premium

I decided that since I didn't use workouts and other Fitbit Premium extras to unenroll from it because  basic Fitbit was still supposed to give you basic sleep data.  I have not received  any data on my watch or the Mobile app for sleep ever since I dropped Premium.  My phone says, No data, wear you fitbit to bed, which I do every night.  However, the data is there, I can find it on my computer.  Is this what Fitbit is doing?  You have to have premium to even have basic sleep data display on your watch or mobile app?  I tried restarting both my phone and my watch and nothing changed.

Hi @SunsetRunner  - it seems like there is an issue with the app.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

If necessary, you can also restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Sleep data is calculated by Fitbit and returned to the app and then the watch and this is not happening.
