Versa 4 stopped tracking my calories burned

Hi There! I've got the versa 4, and the app on android.

My watch and app have stopped counting calories. I've been for a 6 mile walk today, 11000 steps but apparently I've burnt zero calories? It worked fine yesterday though. 

I've force closed the app, switched my watch on and off again and still nothing! Any clues?

Hi there, @Kez82. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still not tracking your calories burned. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, I'd like to confirm if the calories are missing on both, your Versa 4 and Fitbit app? Are both showing zero calories? In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 4. Then, please make sure it has synced properly to your Fitbit app so all your data can be transferred.
