Recently bought the versa 4, seemed to be working fine but I the last 2 weeks has stopped tracking exercise; active minutes record but workout isn’t visible to view heart rate and doesn’t register as exercise 1 of 5 days exercise
I have tried delegating/updating app, unpairing:repairing watch via blue tooth, wearing watch for exercising as per manual
please advise

To better assist you, may I know if you changed something in the way you used to track your exercises? Are you trying to track GPS activities? Are you using the Exercise app on your Versa 4 or SmartTrack?
