Versa 4 stopped tracking my heart rate

Hi,

My versa has stopped tracking my heart rate, the laser is no longer on, i've tried all the resets as advised, and nothing.  Does anyone know of companies that repair fitbits?  My previous model, Blaze had the same fault, however still tracked steps, so my other half uses this.  

Not had this model long, same for the Blaze, so thinking a recurring issue, so if not able to fix, i will be bowing out of the fitbit world, going back to a regular watch.

Hi, @1pster72 have you tried giving your Versa 4 a restart?  Try pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds to restart the device.  That can solve many issues, including heart rate LEDs turned off.  Some users have also mentioned that changing the clock face can solve this issue.  You can change the clock face in the app.  Instructions are here .  (If this solves the issue then you can return to your previous clock face if preferred.)

If all else fails you can try a factory reset.  You might find this YouTube video helpful.  Please be aware that a factory reset will erase all user data, and you will need to set it up all over again.  It is not something to be done lightly, and you may want to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.fitbit.com to talk you through it.

Thank-you Julia_G, yes, i tried switching on and off and the factory reset, not tried changing the clock face, new one on me, however will try later.  I will also contact fitbit via the address you have given, the support address i emailed pinged me a standard reply referring me to this site....
