Versa 4 stopped tracking my heart rate

I've had my Versa 4 less than 1 year. I take very good care of it. When I woke up, the heart rate monitor was working, but after being at work one hour I noticed the HR was displaying --

I took it off to make sure nothing was blocking the sensors. The sensor lights were out. I checked for an update. Nothing. I synched it with the app and the HR monitor still doesn't work.

How do I get a replacement?

As a first approach, I'd recommend performing a restart on your Versa 4. Test it afterwards and see if the issue persists.
