My Versa 4 is only five months old. After wearing it for about 3 1/2 months, it started giving me only simplified sleep data. I have tried deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling it (multiple times), turning off the watch itself and turning it back on after a while (so many times), Adjusting the strap tension. Making sure the watch is situated on the correct place on my arm. Cleaning the contacts on the back every few days. Nothing, absolutely nothing, has fixed the issue. This is an expensive piece of equipment that isn't tracking one of the key data points I use it for. I'm about ready to pitch it and abandon Fitbit forever. These watches have a very short lifespan (I'm on my fourth Fitbit since 2016), but I didn't expect this one to stop working correctly after just a few months. Is there a step I've missed to get my sleep data back??

I wasn't happy either, this morning. Thought my charge had died. Must be a glitch, to not record sleep data. I've had mine also for few months.

It’s definitely not just you. My Versa 4 is tracking only my resting heart rate now. It’s not even a month old. Customer service is a joke, they run you in circles with different troubleshooting methods, but in the end, I’m still in the same place. I am regretting this purchase so much. Prior to the Fitbit Versa 4, I’ve had an Apple Watch, unfortunately it disappeared from my gym locker. I never had any problems with the Apple Watch. I will not be making this mistake again. Fitbit is going in the trash.

Mine cycled overnight. So I'm fine right now until next update. Good luck. Thanks.
